• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Chile: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs

• Carriers

• Force majeure events

Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

• We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

• MLT CHILE is not liable for packages marked as delivered

• Customers must contact the carrier directly

Customs & Duties
