1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (Política de devoluciones y reembolsos)

Return Policy

At MLT CHILE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos as evidence
